uucarlisle > Photo by Mike. Dian and Alison sit on the front porch of 4319 S. Tonti St. The weather is quite warm even in February. There is a palm tree growing in a pot in the area between this house and next door on the right.

uucarlisle > Photo by Mike. The wheel barrow was useless because of a flat tire. The handrail from this side door was so rotten we just added it to the junk pile. Lisa promised that a dumpster would be coming soon, so Dian and Alison kept hauling debris out the side door. It was hot, dusty work.

uucarlisle > Photo by Mike. On Sunday morning we attended services at the UU church of New Orleans across the street from Annunciation House. This room is/was a basketball recreation hall, but is being used for the Sunday service because the sanctuary is still being repaired after the flood damage.
